Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about client relationships and IT services. You’ll manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, proactive support, and strategic IT solutions.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored IT services and solutions to businesses across various industries.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of 30-40 clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins & business reviews to understand client needs.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless IT support & service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client IT environments.
  • Coordinate projects, upgrades & new service implementations.
  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities for additional IT services.
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Track client satisfaction & service performance metrics.
  • Manage invoicing, service agreements, contract renewals, and quotes.
  
Role Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role.
  • Background in MSP, IT support, or technology services is highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service & communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT services & infrastructure (Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking).
