- A driven, results-oriented mindset – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- Strategic thinking with a knack for problem-solving.
- The ability to juggle priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally when needed to meet clients or attend events.
