Roles Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and bring in fresh leads – this is your time to shine!
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored strategies to achieve sales goals and drive company growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that really speak to client needs.
  • Present and demonstrate services and solutions to clients (don’t worry – the team will make sure you’re up to speed).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver results.
  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game.
Role Requirements:
  • Sales experience in any industry (IT experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential!).
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’re just as comfortable chatting with a CEO as you are with a small business owner.
  • A driven, results-oriented mindset – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Strategic thinking with a knack for problem-solving.
  • The ability to juggle priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally when needed to meet clients or attend events.
