We’re seeking a professional Corporate Receptionist to manage reception and administrative duties for a large Perth-CBD based organisation. This role involves handling front office operations, phone and email communications, travel arrangements, housekeeping coordination, and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front office and reception duties, ensuring a professional environment.
- Handle phone and email communications with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage documentation tasks.
- Oversee housekeeping and ensure office organisation.
- Maintain schedules, appointments, and calendar management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate front office or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in managing phone and email communications, travel, and schedules.
- Graduate-level qualification preferred.
