Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and support to clients across various industries, including education.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve IT environments, ensuring optimal performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic IT guidance without a sales-driven approach.
• Work on a variety of projects, from infrastructure upgrades to cloud migrations.
• Share your knowledge with the team, contributing to a strong culture of learning.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Ensure a great customer experience with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Role Requirements

• Experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong technical capability across a range of IT systems (specialist expertise in one area is a plus!).
• Relevant IT certifications.
• A passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A customer-first approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
