Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team based in Perth. This role involves a mix of remote and on-site support, where you’ll be the escalation point for technical issues and play a key role in project scoping and implementation.

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across different industries, from small start-ups to large corporate and government organizations, making this an exciting opportunity to expand your technical expertise.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support.
• Provide remote & on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows Server & Microsoft 365 issues.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers).
• Maintain accurate IT documentation & knowledge base.
• Identify & implement best IT practices.

  
Technical Requirements:

• Microsoft Server products.
• Server Virtualisation (ESX & Hyper-V).
• Microsoft Exchange & Office 365.
• Backup & Recovery (VEEAM & StorageCraft).
• Firewalls, routes, and switches.
• VoIP Systems (3CX).
