Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is seeking a skilled and proactive Level 2 Engineer to join a successful Managed Service Provider. This role offers autonomy, career progression, and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 2 support to a broad range of clients across various industries.
- Visit client sites as needed to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist and mentor Level 1 Engineers, fostering their technical growth and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain IT environments,
- Perform Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, resolutions, and client environments using service management tools.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and implement best practices where applicable.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency with firewalls and network switches, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, including email, SharePoint, and Teams migrations.
- Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations and hybrid IT environments.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems.
- Hands-on experience with network administration (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs).
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and practices is highly regarded.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an MSP environment (highly regarded but not essential).
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior staff.
