Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Perth CBD, WA
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join a leading IT company based in Perth CBD. While this role is within the IT sector, no technical experience is required—just strong organisational and time management skills. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and keeping everything on track.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Billing & Administration: Oversee billing processes and ensure financial accuracy across projects.
  • Resource Management: Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to allocate resources effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee third-party engagements, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports, track project performance, and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Job Management: Ensure all tasks and milestones are met on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
