Rate: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super

Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a motivated Reactive Support Technician to join an award-winning team in West Perth. The team is incredibly supportive and committed to your professional and personal development. The customers you will be supporting are approachable and friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Level 2 IT support across a diverse client base via the helpdesk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Manage and maintain client environments, documenting solutions and configurations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 Engineers, helping to upskill the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and apply this knowledge to client environments.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong networking experience (Routers, Switches, WAN, LAN).
  • Firewall implementation experience (Fortinet, Meraki).
  • Virtual servers experience (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.
  • Cloud experience (Azure).
  • Disaster recovery experience (Veeam, Datto).
  • Deep understanding of Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
  • Experience with M365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
