Position: IT Response Engineer  
Location: Perth
Salary: $75,000 +

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused IT professional to join a award-winning IT services provider in Perth. In this role, you’ll be supporting users across Australia, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create and document detailed problem descriptions and technical backgrounds for support tickets.
  • Prioritise and triage tickets based on urgency and importance, adhering to the guidelines of the Response Team Board.
  • Deliver timely support and solutions to resolve technical issues as per ticket priority.
  • Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in environments and evolving knowledge.
  • Conduct regular backup checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  
Role Requirements:
  • Proven experience in help desk operations and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles.
  • IT support experience across both Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • High-level written and documentation skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • MSP Help Desk or external provider experience.
  • Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
