Position: Sales Support Officer 
Location: Perth, SOR
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
  • Answer client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them as needed.
  • Help with documentation, invoicing, and CRM updates.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and contract administration.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking of sales and service activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
  
Role Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin role preferred
  • Basic knowledge or interest in IT services is a plus!
