Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Position Overview:
A leading SaaS company is expanding! They are currently recruiting a Software Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a technology/SaaS company who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving customer challenges.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Manage customer support tickets, prioritising effectively to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) to provide high-quality service.
  • Refine and improve customer support processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services based on user feedback.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the platform to provide accurate and valuable insights.
  • Create seamless and engaging customer experiences in every interaction.
  
Role Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience in a software or IT company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple customer needs.
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and SLAs.
  • Familiarity with service management systems, ticketing platforms, and customer support tools.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a close-knit team.
