Position: Systems Engineer
Location: NOR, Perth
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Perks
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on projects with BAU support (escalation point for juniors), both in person and remotely.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Opportunities to assist with infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, storage management, and system migrations.
  • Server administration and management of M365 and modern workplace technologies.
  • Cyber Security and firewall implementations (Fortinet) and deployments.
  • Other deployments include Citrix, AVD, Terminal Servers, M365 Intune.
  • Configure and support networking devices and firewalls (Fortinet).
  • Work with virtualization technologies (VMware) and backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, ShadowProtect)
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
